Lies

Everywhere I go, I see and hear lies.
Everywhere I run, my mind is filled with lies.
The lies told by people, my friends and my family.
The lies that broke my heart,
The lies that made me cry.

The truth, I ask.
What is the truth?
But still I got back lies,
A whole bunch of miserable lies.
No one here to pity me.
No one here to share my sorrow.

What have I done to deserve this punishment?
What have I done to make people tell such lies?
What have I said to the people all around me?
What have I done? What have I said?

I live in a world of lies.

Maybe, I'm also a lie.
