Okay. This isn't going to be and of those arguments on [whether Harry Potter fans are stupid to think that Breaking Dawn ruined the Twilight Series] like Phyllis would most probably write.
No. I'm just going to expressed my love for the series as accurately as I can in words.
First of all, I absolutely
love the series. [Even though I've only read up till Eclipse. >.<]
Okay, on with it.
Firstly, the writing talent of Stephenie Meyers have attracted me completely. Her skills and ideas are absolutely original. You can ignore the book for a few months, but once you start reading the first page, you'll be hooked on it until you finish the book. As for me, I am kinda picky. I choose a book by it's cover, title and brief introduction. I never read the first page until all three conditions are fulfilled. And that's also why I've missed quite some good books. However, this book just captured my heart the moment I saw it.
Secondly, this is a fantasy novel. It may not be logical, but it still seems logic enough to me. I can practically feel the love between Edward and Bella. It seems real. It
is real. The bond between the Cullens are what I wish for my family to be. Although they aren't blood related, they have this sparkle within each and every one of them.
Finally, I love vampire and werewolf novels however supernatural it may be. But, it still has to be more realistic. Stephenie Meyers doesn't make it too hard for us to believe the story. In truth, her vampires and werewolves are just like human, just with a bit more abilities.
As a conclusion, this series is no doubt worth reading. If you may doubt my ability to judge, then I have no arguments. But believe me, many will say the same.
PS: I'll be getting Breaking Dawn this Sunday. Then I'll get Midnight Sun in December, once it's out. Yay! >.<
